Lead end-to-end implementation of procurement functional workstreams (Source to Contract, Procure to Pay) including design, configuration, testing, training, and support.
Develop and optimize clients' supply chain strategies focusing on retail and FMCG segments including demand and supply planning, warehousing, fulfilment, procurement, production planning, and analytics.
Manage client relationships, ensure project delivery on time and within budget, support business development activities, and oversee adoption and enhancement of deployed S2P systems.
10+ years of experience in Procurement Transformation, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Cost Reduction, or Source to Pay process implementation.
Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement with excellent Project Management skills.
Experience with Source to Pay systems such as Ivalua, SAP Ariba, or Coupa is mandatory; SAP MM exposure preferred.
Degree: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E/MBA/MCA; Willingness to travel across India/APAC/MEA regions.
Experienced in consulting industry with demonstrated leadership in procurement transformation projects and system implementations.
Strong functional expertise in retail and FMCG supply chain operations and procurement processes.
Ability to manage complex stakeholder interactions and deliver integrated, technology-enabled procurement solutions.
