Support and deliver end-to-end transformation projects for Mining & Metals clients including strategy development and operational improvements.
Conduct market assessments, competitor benchmarking, feasibility studies, and due diligence to guide client decision-making for growth and diversification.
Analyze operations across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and logistics to identify cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and process efficiency opportunities.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in the mining and metals sector, preferably within a reputable company or consulting firm (Big 4 or Tech Consulting).
Education: BE/B-Tech/Master's in Mining, Mineral, Metallurgy Engineering or MSc Geology; MBA from top-tier institutions preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (including basic modeling) and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP, Power BI, Tableau, or digital operations platforms is a plus.
Willingness to travel across India or abroad for client engagements.
Experienced in consulting or operational roles focused on mining & metals with ability to develop and execute large-scale transformation and strategy projects.
Strong analytical skills with capability in operational benchmarking, business process mapping, and quantitative problem solving.
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams delivering client-facing solutions involving strategy, supply chain, and technology-driven process improvements.
