Provide 24/7 threat monitoring, detection, and analysis of suspicious and malicious cyber activity.
Perform alert triage, incident validation, severity assessment, and escalate incidents per SOPs to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain incident management and response policies aiming to reduce Mean Time to Detection and Response (MTTD & MTTR).
2-5 years of relevant experience in SOC, Incident Management, Incident Response, Threat Detection Engineering, Vulnerability Management, or related areas.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (B.Tech, MCA, MBA with IT background).
Mandatory certification in one of: Certified SOC Analyst (EC-Council), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (EC-Council), Certified Ethical Hacker, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, GIAC Certified Incident Handler or equivalent.
Experience with SOC security tools like SIEM, Vulnerability Management, DAM, UBA, SOAR, NBA; product certifications preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing and responding to cyber threats in a SOC environment with strong operational expertise in incident triage and escalation.
Skilled in applying cybersecurity principles broadly across multiple domains to protect client systems and data.
Comfortable working within defined SLAs and KPIs in a structured security operations setting, focused on continuous improvement of detection and response times.
