Provide 24/7 threat monitoring, detection, and incident triage for cybersecurity operations centers (SOC).
Analyze suspicious or malicious behaviors, validate incidents, prioritize security alerts, and report/escalate to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain incident management and response policies aiming to reduce mean time to detection and recovery (MTTD & MTTR).
2-5 years of relevant experience in SOC, Incident Management, Incident Response, Threat Detection Engineering, Vulnerability Management, or related cybersecurity domains.
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent; B.Tech, MCA, MBA with IT background also accepted.
At least one mandatory certification such as Certified SOC Analyst (EC-Council), CHFI, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, GCIH, or equivalent.
Experience with SOC tools preferred including SIEM, Vulnerability Management, DAM, UBA, SOAR, NBA; Splunk experience preferred.
Experienced in operational cybersecurity functions within a SOC environment focused on detection, triage, and incident response.
Holds recognized cybersecurity certifications validating expertise in incident handling and SOC processes.
Proficient in using and managing SOC security tools and platforms with a measurable impact on incident management efficiency.
