Provide 24/7 monitoring, detection, and incident triage of cybersecurity threats within Security Operations Center (SOC).
Analyze suspicious or malicious activities, validate incidents, prioritize alerts, and escalate as per defined SOPs and SLAs.
Develop and maintain incident management and response policies; focus on reducing Mean Time to Detection and Response (MTTD & MTTR).
2-5 years of relevant SOC/Incident Management/Incident Response/Threat Detection/Vulnerability Management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, B.Tech, MCA, or MBA with IT background.
Mandatory certification: One of Certified SOC Analyst (EC-Council), CHFI, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) or equivalent.
Preferred experience with SOC tools such as SIEM/Splunk and product certifications on related tools (Vulnerability Management, SOAR, etc).
Experienced cybersecurity generalist with operational expertise in SOC monitoring, incident triage, and threat hunting.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment ensuring compliance with SLAs and improving security detection and response times.
Skilled in security alert analysis, maintaining incident documentation for forensic purposes, and supporting policy and process development.
