Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Lead IGA architecture for identity lifecycle management including provisioning, access requests, certifications, and implement automated Joiner–Mover–Leaver workflows.
Develop custom integrations and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs; configure connectors for AD, LDAP, databases, and REST applications.
Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in IGA implementations with at least one platform: SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Proficiency in Java/J2EE, SQL, REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, and experience with Active Directory and LDAP.
Bachelor of Engineering degree mandatory.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years total experience specified.
Experienced in leading or mentoring teams in IGA solution implementations within fast-paced environments.
Strong technical expertise in integrating and configuring complex IGA systems aligned with identity lifecycle and access governance.
Client-facing experience with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
