Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions primarily using SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA platforms.
Lead architecture for identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, and certifications including JML workflows and access certification campaigns.
Develop custom integrations, rules, and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs and configure connectors for AD, LDAP, databases, and REST-based applications.
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in IGA implementations.
Hands-on experience with at least one IGA platform: SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Proficiency in Java/J2EE, SQL, REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, and experience with Active Directory and LDAP.
Bachelor of Engineering degree mandatory.
Experienced in identity lifecycle management and access governance with strong technical skills in IGA platforms and integrations.
Capable of leading IGA architecture design and working closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
Comfortable with client-facing interactions and able to function effectively in fast-paced environments.
