Lead end-to-end implementation of Source-to-Pay (S2P) functional workstreams including design, configuration, testing, and post go-live support.
Conduct requirement elicitation, business process mapping, re-engineering, and gap analysis to recommend S2P process improvements and best practices.
Manage client relationships, ensure project delivery on time and budget, support business development activities, and drive system adoption and production support.
4-7 years of work experience in Procurement Transformation, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Cost Reduction, or Source to Pay process implementation.
Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement with excellent project management skills.
Experience with Source to Pay systems such as Ivalua, SAP Ariba, or Coupa mandatory; certification in these platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MBA, or related field required; willingness to travel to client/PwC locations in India/APAC/MEA.
Experienced consultant with a background in Supply Chain Procurement transformation and operational process optimization.
Strong functional and technical expertise in end-to-end S2P implementations and integrations within large enterprise environments.
Capable of managing client engagements independently with strong leadership, communication skills, and business development orientation.
