Lead end-to-end implementation of Source-to-Pay (S2P) functional workstreams including design, configuration, testing, training, and post go-live support.
Manage business process mapping, re-engineering, gap analysis and recommend best practices to standardize S2P processes.
Oversee client relationships, PMO activities, system adoption, support production and enhancements, and contribute to business development efforts.
4-7 years of experience in Procurement Transformation, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Cost Reduction, Business Process Excellence, or Source-to-Pay process and system implementation.
Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement with project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or MBA.
Willingness to travel to client or PwC locations in India/APAC/MEA.
Experienced in managing and delivering S2P implementations with proficiency in systems like Ivalua, SAP Ariba, or Coupa (certifications are a plus).
Capable of translating client business requirements into solutions and handling integration with OEM and other teams for end-to-end deployment.
Consulting background preferred, with ability to lead projects, ensure quality, and participate in business development activities.
