Lead end-to-end implementation of Source to Pay (S2P) workstreams including design, configuration, testing, training, and post go-live support.
Conduct requirement elicitation, business process mapping, gap analysis, and recommend best practices to optimize procurement and supply chain processes.
Support business development activities such as RFP responses, client presentations, and manage client relationships while ensuring timely, quality project delivery.
4-7 years of experience in Procurement Transformation, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Source to Pay process implementation.
Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, and Procurement with strong project management skills.
Educational qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent technical/management degrees.
Willingness to travel regionally in India/APAC/MEA; Experience with Source to Pay systems (Ivalua, SAP Ariba, Coupa) required; certifications in these systems are a plus.
Experienced in consulting environments focused on procurement and supply chain digital transformation and optimization.
Operates with a strong focus on integrated system deployments and end-to-end supply chain process improvement.
Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and client engagements with leadership and exceptional communication skills.
