Manage PMO functions for capital projects in metals and mining focusing on schedule building, dashboard/report creation, and digital tool integration to enhance visibility and control over cost, schedule, risk, quality, and safety.
Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, maintain risk registers and safety audit follow-ups, and support procurement/vendor performance including tracking material delivery and bid evaluations.
Develop and maintain digital tools such as Power BI/Tableau dashboards, support 5D BIM linkages and drone/LiDAR workflows, operate IoT geo-fencing tracking, and produce executive summaries and reports using GenAI assistants.
4-8 years of relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on capital expenditure projects.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) plus MBA; M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Experience with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, and BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking is advantageous.
Willingness to obtain PMP certification within 12 months preferred.
Experienced in managing large-scale multi-billion dollar metals and mining capital projects with hands-on exposure to digital and AI-enabled project management tools.
Strong technical proficiency in project planning, controls, data handling, dashboarding, and report writing combined with effective on-ground coordination.
Capable of stakeholder management and collaboration with a focus on detail orientation, problem solving, and managing safety/compliance in capital projects.
