Support PMO and digital transformation for capital projects in metals & mining sectors, focusing on building schedules, dashboards, reports, and digital toolchains to improve project visibility and control.
Maintain and update work plans and schedules using Primavera/MS Project; perform Earned Value Management calculations; prepare management reports covering scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and safety metrics.
Coordinate procurement/vendor performance tracking; create and maintain stakeholder documentation; facilitate communication and coordination across EPCs, vendors, regulators, and project teams.
4-8 years of relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on capital expenditure projects.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) plus MBA with relevant project experience; M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Hands-on experience with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, and BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); experience with drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking is advantageous.
PMP® certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
Experienced in managing large and complex capital projects within metals & mining industry with exposure to marquee programs involving terminals, mines, smelters, and logistics.
Proficient in leveraging advanced digital and AI-enabled project management tools like 5D BIM, digital twins, drone/LiDAR progress monitoring, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAI assistants for reporting.
Capable of integrating technical scheduling and control with data-driven dashboarding and real-time site coordination across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
