Manage day-to-day accounting entries using Tally and ERP systems, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and financial statements.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing ensuring compliance with statutory deductions and manage timely statutory filings such as GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.
Handle vendor contracts and manage SLAs, coordinate audits with Chartered Accountants, and provide administrative support including office management and travel coordination.
5 years of accounting experience including payroll, taxation, and administrative exposure.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with Tally and other accounting software, strong knowledge of PF, ESI, GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and statutory compliance.
Location requirement: Must reside in Navi Mumbai and be able to join immediately.
