Manage and execute corporate, partnership, and individual tax services for clients, including tax strategy planning and issue research.
Prepare and review various federal, foreign, state, and local tax returns (forms 990, 5500, 1120, 1065) including extensions and estimated payments.
Coach and review work of Tax Staff, support continuous improvement initiatives in the tax service process.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) preferred or eligibility to obtain certification upon hire.
Minimum 3 years of experience in U.S. taxation, including at least 2 years in tax preparation and 1 year in tax return review, preferably in a public accounting firm.
Experience required with corporate (1120) and partnership (1065) tax returns.
Experienced in managing multiple tax engagements in a public accounting or advisory firm environment.
Capable of independently handling tax research, preparation, review, and client interactions with adherence to deadlines.
Demonstrates ability to lead and develop junior tax staff, and drive process improvements.
