Experience with LAN/WAN Networking, Telephony, A/V technology, and videoconferencing.
College degree or equivalent experience.
Experienced in desktop support and service delivery with subject matter expertise to provide technical escalation and coaching.
Demonstrates ability to manage cross-functional communication among business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
Familiar with problem management, root cause analysis, and proactive monitoring within a technology infrastructure environment.
