Own the compliance, enhancement, and operational management of the Oro Labs procurement orchestration platform aligned with Haleon business priorities and regulatory needs, including SOx requirements.
Develop and maintain product roadmap, manage end-to-end delivery including integration with SAP ECC (S4HANA), SAP GRC, and SAP Ariba, ensuring traceability and audit readiness through change management.
Engage cross-functional stakeholders and vendors for continuous improvement, compliance, risk management, and user adoption initiatives related to procurement orchestration tooling.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 12 years total experience with at least 8 years on SAP Ariba (configuration, integration, administration).
Experience in Procurement Orchestration tools such as Oro, Zip, Tonkean, SAP Joule or similar.
Location: Bangalore based (onsite).
Experienced in managing SOx compliance and control frameworks within procurement or financial systems products with audit readiness focus.
Strong expertise integrating and managing SAP Ariba, including buying, sourcing, contracts modules, and SAP ECC/S4HANA integrations in a global environment.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery of SaaS product solutions involving third-party vendors, compliance, and stakeholder management in complex enterprise contexts.
