Lead and manage GCC Audit teams including internal and external auditors, ensuring timely delivery and quality of audit reports and outputs.
Identify risks, control gaps and issues; engage senior business stakeholders to build trust and drive risk reduction and ERA objectives.
15+ years of Internal Audit experience with Big-Four or corporate background focusing on commercial, finance, and operational audits.
Mandatory internal audit or finance certification such as CIA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA, AIA, CIPFA, or AAT.
Degree or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related discipline preferred.
Strong working knowledge of IIA standards and significant experience auditing accounting principles.
Proven leadership experience managing audit teams in a Global Shared Service environment with exposure to senior leaders in a flat organisational structure.
Experience in or familiarity with regulated environments like consumer healthcare is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong commercial acumen combined with effective communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
