Provide technical expertise to respond accurately and timely to customer RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires based on Mimecast's security and compliance posture.
Assist audit teams during external certification audits such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 by supporting evidence collection, control walkthroughs, and remediation tracking when possible.
Maintain and quality-check RFI response libraries and communicate progress, risks, and findings to stakeholders across various levels.
3 to 4 years of experience in IT compliance, security questionnaire/RFI management, audit, or information security roles.
Mandatory certifications: One or more from CISSP, CCSP, CEH, AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect), or networking certifications like CCNA or CompTIA Network+.

Willingness to work hybrid in Bangalore with shifted hours aligning to US Pacific Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM IST); stable internet required.
Practitioner capable of independently managing technically complex customer RFI responses with minimal supervision and balancing competing priorities.
Experience or strong understanding of cloud security controls within AWS, penetration testing, vulnerability management, change management, and access controls.
Comfortable engaging diverse internal and external stakeholders and contributing to compliance audit processes in a multi-framework environment.
