Lead data control and performance calculation process using Aladdin Accounting and FactSet platforms, ensuring accurate and timely performance reporting and ex post risk delivery.
Set up reporting for new funds, manage methodological and technical questions, and support Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) and verification.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including Fund Managers, Client Directors, Back Office, Technology teams to maintain data quality, enhance efficiency, manage client relationships, and ensure a robust control framework.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in investment performance measurement, accounting, data management, or financial reporting within investment management or custodian environment.
Experience with systems and data management tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Aladdin, FactSet (knowledge of StatPro or Reuters Eikon is advantageous).
Strong mathematical background and understanding of investment industry; UK industry knowledge is a significant advantage.
Qualifications: CFA or CIPM holder or working towards these qualifications is desirable.
Experienced in managing performance reporting processes and stakeholder engagement across multi-disciplinary teams and platforms in an investment environment.
Strategic orientation towards technology-driven solutions and process improvements, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and client access to data.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and collaboratively in virtual, diverse, and multi-cultural environments, with international exposure preferred.
