Support Fixed Income Private Credit Front Office in Proxy Voting & Class Actions processes, including Syndicated Bank Loans, Alternative Credit, Real Estate Finance, and Restructuring.
Manage proxy voting activities year-round: administer voting platforms, audit global proxy votes, handle client and internal queries, distribute vote allocations, and produce client-specific activity reports.
Ensure completion and monitoring of Class Action requirements, including reconciliations and correct allocation of monies, process improvement, vendor management, and compliance coordination.
Minimum 5 years experience in Investment Operations with at least 3 years specifically in Proxy Voting and/or Corporate Actions.
Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Economics; relevant Investment Operations or Investment Management certification desirable.
Demonstrated knowledge of CASS regulations (CASS 7 & 8) and associated risk management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), knowledge of ISS Proxy Voting Platform, Proxy Edge, Broadridge Proxy Voting Platform, and Aladdin.
Experienced in operational support for fixed income private credit teams with strong client and stakeholder coordination skills.
Strong end-to-end ownership mindset with ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Analytical, detail-oriented with proven ability to improve processes and handle complex reconciliations and regulatory compliance.
