Lead implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions, including transportation planning, shipment execution, and freight settlement.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, conduct fit-gap analysis, and recommend process improvements aligned to Oracle best practices.
Manage testing phases (SIT, UAT), cutover, go-live, post-production support, and conduct end-user training with documentation preparation.
9+ years overall experience with at least 5+ years in Oracle SCM applications involving Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
Experience in at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Shift: UK shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM); Work Mode: Hybrid; Location: Pune or multiple locations in India.
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Transportation Management modules including planning, freight settlement, carrier management, and rate management.
Proven ability to handle complex integrations with Oracle Finance, Planning, Procurement, and third-party applications, along with knowledge of BI tools and integration methods.
Experience with manufacturing domains like Automotive or Industrial Manufacturing and ideally holding Oracle Fusion Transportation and Global Trade Management Implementation Certification.
