Provide first-line functional support and issue resolution for Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Cash Management, Transaction Tax, Intercompany, and BPM Approvals.
Lead and supervise a support team, allocating work, monitoring SLA adherence, mentoring junior analysts, and driving process improvements.
Manage stakeholder engagement as the primary contact for Oracle Fusion queries, coordinate change management and support user training on new Oracle Fusion processes.
Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in Finance ERP application support, maintenance, or implementation.

Experienced leader skilled in managing high-performance Oracle Fusion support teams with accountability for SLA delivery and continuous improvement.
Strong domain exposure in captive organizations within banking, insurance, or financial services sectors.
Effective stakeholder communicator capable of managing cross-functional relationships and coordinating change management activities related to Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
