Lead and manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, ensuring timely, accurate processing and collection, including invoice processing, disbursements, reconciliations, and collections performance.
Own the full AP cycle and oversee AR collections, resolving complex issues and escalations, while driving continuous process improvements and system implementations.
Prepare and present financial reports, support budgets and forecasts, and contribute to strategic initiatives such as cash flow management, vendor negotiations, and integration during mergers and acquisitions.
Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting/finance with at least 5 years in supervisory or managerial role managing AR and AP processes in a multinational environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; prior experience with SAP preferred.
Educational qualification: CA or Masters/Bachelor's degree.

Experienced in managing end-to-end AR and AP month-end close processes within fast-paced, corporate, multinational setups.
Strong operational leadership with demonstrated ability to lead teams through system implementations, process automations, and cross-functional projects including mergers and acquisitions.
Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and handling strategic initiatives related to cash flow, working capital optimization, and vendor negotiations.
