Lead finance operations process transformation by establishing baseline processes, increasing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement using Lean and DMAIC methodologies.
Develop and implement role-based training, audit process compliance, define and track KPIs such as cost savings, cycle time, and error reduction to measure success and sustain gains.
Manage cross-functional projects through full life cycles, champion automation initiatives (RPA, workflow tools), and drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay transformation to reduce cycle times and improve controls.
Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance with 7-10 years progressive finance and accounting experience; MBA and CPA highly desirable.
Minimum 10 years experience with general ledger, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
Experience designing and implementing business processes with continuous improvement mindset, ideally in manufacturing or service finance.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in finance operations with strong capability in Lean principles, DMAIC, and continuous process improvement.
Able to manage and lead cross-functional project teams and implement automation and integrated business planning/reporting tools.
Comfortable working independently with strong attention to detail, problem-solving, influencing skills, and capable of handling confidential information.
