Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of progressive experience in reconciliation, year-end billing (YEB), and estimate calculation in real estate or related domain.
Proficiency in MS Excel is required; experience with property management software is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to validate complex financial data.
Experienced in real estate accounting or CAM reconciliation with demonstrated ability to manage detailed lease clauses and financial calculations.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including lease administration and property management to deliver accurate financial outcomes.
Capable of performing in-depth quality control and providing actionable insights to support budgeting and forecasting.
