Own deployment and configuration of application releases, virtual machines, server builds, and software deployments across private and public cloud technologies.
Manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including Active Directory, VMware vCentre, Citrix, SQL/Oracle databases, VPNs, IIS/Web servers, and security tools.
Conduct operational IT services activities, including problem and incident management, monitoring, patching, documentation review, and client/stakeholder engagement.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, VMware, SQL Server/Oracle, Citrix, and related IT operational tools and services.
Availability to work rotational shifts, overtime, and standby duties as required.
