Lead the TAO Project Services team for Project Cost Estimation, providing technical leadership and mentoring for frontliners.
Develop detailed cost estimates at various project stages using approved methodologies, benchmarks, and cost models, ensuring alignment with scope and schedule.
Support estimate validations, benchmarking, dashboards maintenance, and promote adoption of automation/digital tools while ensuring compliance with company policies.
University Degree in Engineering and/or certification as Project Services Manager/Lead or equivalent.
At least 12 years of work experience in Cost Estimation within Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or equivalent industries.
Hands-on experience in Project Controls, Scheduling, Cost Engineering, Cost Estimating, and Project Management.
Experience with estimation tools like ASPEN TECH, CCET and certification in Project Management from PMI/IPMA.
Strong technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of cost estimation methodologies suited to complex energy projects.
Experience operating in multicultural and matrixed environments supporting global teams remotely from India or related locations.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholder expectations, and deliver continuous improvement in cost estimation processes.
