Lead full lifecycle APC projects including scoping study, site survey, pretesting, functional design, commissioning, and post-implementation benefit audit.
Collaborate with operations, process engineering, and control teams; provide technical support, documentation, and training related to APC applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
8-12 years of experience implementing APC from scoping study to post-implementation audit.
Experience with APC tools such as Shell PACE, SMOC, Aspen DMC3, DMC Plus, Honeywell Profit Suite.
Work Experience Required: 8-12 years in Advanced Process Control implementation and troubleshooting.
Strong expertise in multivariable predictive control, process optimization methodologies, and base layer control tuning.
Ability to independently manage APC projects end-to-end and collaborate cross-functionally with plant personnel and engineering teams.
Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing control systems within petrochemical or refining environments.
