Lead and oversee the TPG Securities team in Bangalore and Pune, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during core US hours.
Manage end-to-end securities trade workflow, coordinate with brokers, custodians, trading, and portfolio management teams, and provide expert opinion on settlements.
Responsible for people management including performance reviews for 8-10 team members; drive risk management, SLA/KPI adherence, issue resolution, and efficiency project implementation.
