Lead and manage the India-based cybersecurity team to ensure high performance, skill development, and efficient collaboration with global stakeholders.
Assist the CISO in implementing cybersecurity governance, strategy, and roadmap aligned with global objectives; manage cybersecurity operations including risk assessments, compliance testing, and incident management.
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, vendor relationships, and performance metrics to maintain and improve security program effectiveness and compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent per 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)).

Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, project management, and influencing senior leadership on cybersecurity initiatives.
