Design and deliver Tableau BI reporting solutions providing actionable insights across Customer Service, Fraud, Collections & Recovery Operations.
Act as liaison between Operations users and development teams managing project communications, scope, and requirements.
Develop scalable BI and advanced analytics solutions to optimize operations and support data-driven decision making.
Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience: minimum 4+ years analytics experience with degree, or 6+ years without.
4+ years hands-on experience in SQL/SAS and 4+ years hands-on experience with Tableau.
2+ years experience in Python for statistical analysis, forecasting, and data mining.
Work Timings: Availability between 06:00 AM - 11:30 AM Eastern Time for meetings; flexible outside this window; occasional commute to Indian regional hubs may be required.
Experience working in Financial Services, preferably in Credit/Collections analytics.
Proven ability to lead BI/analytics solutions delivery end-to-end and influence adoption, beyond reactive reporting.
Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to partner with diverse stakeholders and manage project priorities effectively.
