Provide end-to-end customer support ownership for product solutions including Tier 2/3 issue resolution and service quality improvement.

Functional expertise in WFM modules: forecasting, labor demand, auto scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Pay Rules.
ITIL certification, proficiency in SQL Server/MS SQL scripting, PowerShell scripting, and understanding of relational database and OOP concepts.
Experienced in support roles involving complex problem resolution with minimal guidance, preferably in Workforce Management or related products.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage operational guidelines and team activities, including shift rotations and on-call support.
Skilled in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA, and motivated to drive continuous process and service improvements.
