Lead the implementation, support, enhancement, and optimization of the Workday Financial Management platform.
Manage and configure Workday Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Expenses, Fixed Assets, etc.) and related integrations.
Coordinate compliance, testing, financial reporting, production support, and partner closely with global Finance and IT stakeholders across EMEA and US regions.
Minimum 10+ years in Finance Systems or ERP platforms with 5+ years hands-on experience specifically in Workday Financials.
Workday Financials Certification mandatory.
Knowledge of Financial Accounting (GAAP/IFRS), Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Financial Reporting, and Financial Data Model (FDM).
Experience managing global Finance applications/support and ability to work in overlapping EMEA and US time zones as required.
Experienced in leading end-to-end Workday Financial implementations and post-production support.
Skilled in managing vendor/consultant relationships and cross-regional stakeholder collaboration, especially in EMEA and US.
Comfortable driving compliance (SOX), financial reporting, integrations, and continuous platform enhancements in complex, global environments.
