Hands-on experience with Linux, AWS Cloud, LDAP, SSSD, PAM, Slurm, LSF, HPC, identity management, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Proven skills in root cause analysis, incident management, problem management, and technical documentation.
Experienced in managing complex network and compute issues across large enterprise and cloud environments.
Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead and implement cloud infrastructure initiatives with a strong focus on minimizing service disruption and continuous improvement.
