Support, troubleshoot, and manage large-scale enterprise Linux environments and cloud infrastructure, including AWS deployments and HPC systems.

3-5+ years of progressive network engineering and architecture experience in enterprise environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in Electrical/Electronics accepted).
Hands-on experience with Linux, AWS Cloud, LDAP, SSSD, PAM, Slurm, LSF, HPC, identity management, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Proven skills in root cause analysis, incident management, problem management, and technical documentation.
Experienced in managing complex network and compute issues across large enterprise and cloud environments.
Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead and implement cloud infrastructure initiatives with a strong focus on minimizing service disruption and continuous improvement.
