Experienced in 24/7 NOC or technical operations environments with exposure to hybrid cloud networking (Azure VNets, AWS VPCs).
Familiar with network security concepts, firewall platforms, and cloud-managed networking solutions (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, Zscaler).
Capabilities in scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell), and comfortable handling incident triage under SLA pressure.
