Lead and manage end-to-end Institutional Investment Banking Operations lifecycle including trade processing, settlements, funding, custody, asset servicing, and reconciliations.

Experienced in Investment Banking or Capital Markets Operations with proven leadership in complex, cross-functional operations or technology initiatives.
Demonstrates strong operational transformation skills with successful automation and process re-engineering projects delivering measurable outcomes.
Capable of stakeholder management at all levels, mentoring junior colleagues, and driving a data-driven, automation culture within teams.
