Lead implementation and sustainment of Transportation Management System (TMS) outbound operations across Collins Aerospace production sites in Asia.
Manage collaboration with 3PL partners and cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and continuously improve TMS outbound processes focusing on cost savings and compliance with trade and export regulations.
Provide training, documentation, post-launch support, and act as Subject Matter Expert during transition of TMS interface to SAP S4/HANA, requiring extensive regional and occasional global travel.

8-10 years of relevant experience in logistics or transportation management.
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP systems, SAP preferred.
Must reside in Asia and be willing to travel extensively (25-50%) within the region and occasionally globally; fluency in English mandatory.
Experienced in implementing TMS in global manufacturing or aftermarket distribution environments, preferably aerospace or defense.
Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, matrixed, cross-cultural organizations and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong expertise in international/domestic shipping operations, trade compliance (ITAR, export controls), and capable of effectively communicating with stakeholders from shop floor to executives.
