Provide administrative and technical support to the production team, including assisting with scheduling, shot tracking, and internal tracking database upkeep.
Manage technical setups and troubleshooting for Linux, Windows, and Mac programs during reviews, meetings, and client/vendor interactions.
Oversee logistical tasks including crew notifications, managing contact information, maintaining craft services, and handling digital file shipping and receiving.
Bachelor’s degree in film production or equivalent preferred.
Minimum two years of related experience.
Ability to work guaranteed 50-hour weeks including overtime and some Saturdays.
Computer literacy with ability to operate Linux, Windows, and Mac environments; 50 wpm typing speed required.
Comfortable handling multiple tasks under strict deadlines in a production environment.
Experience supporting animation or visual effects production workflows, especially in coordination and technical assistance roles.
Willingness and ability to work extended hours and travel as necessary.
