Provide consistent superior cost accounting support and reporting to stakeholders, including generating and reviewing month-end closing reports.
Coordinate inventory counts and reconcile stock take observations using paper reconciliation processes.
Participate in new projects, process improvements, automations (including Robotics Process Automation), and maintain documentation of accounting work processes.
Qualified CMA or CA with 2+ years of costing or relevant experience, or Inter CMA/Inter CA/MBA with 5+ years of costing and accounting experience, or B.com/M.com with 5+ years of costing and accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), automation tools, Power BI, and Diamond System reporting tools.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Ability to work flexible schedule aligned with international time zones.
Experienced in cost accounting with demonstrated capability in month-end closing and product cost estimations.
Skilled in business partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and problem-solving using established accounting procedures.
Capable of handling multiple priorities and driving process improvements including automation implementations.
