Lead and manage a team responsible for executing complex employee lifecycle events including restructures, leave of absence, severance, and data management in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure efficient and accurate employee data updates in Workday, perform audits for legal compliance, and support process improvements and change initiatives.

Proficient in project management for mid-large projects, able to handle competing priorities, and engage effectively with multiple organizational levels.
