Execute and administer Bristol-Myers Squibb benefits programs including health & welfare, retirement, savings, wellness, and social security plans for the assigned market.
Support delivery of global/regional/market benefits projects and act as escalation point for HR Advisors to resolve benefits inquiries within guidelines.
Manage benefits administration systems activities including testing, data integration monitoring, enrollment window management, compliance audits, vendor liaison, and wellness program support.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in human resources service delivery or benefits administration.
Experience working within an HR shared services delivery model in a fast-paced, complex, and changing environment.
General knowledge of HR policies, regional employment laws, total rewards legislative requirements, and ability to use business judgment for solutions.
Experience with global/region relevant BMS HR and total rewards enabling systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Darwin/Benifex, and ADP.
Completion of a Benefits specialty certification or equivalent industry designation demonstrating theoretical and applied knowledge of compensation practices.
Strong analytical skills with Microsoft Excel and Office to interpret and present complex benefits data clearly to stakeholders.
