Develop and configure PLC and SCADA software programs for production machines based on customer sales orders following company standards and GMP/GAMP guidelines.
Create, test, document, and release IIOT Tag lists, interface functions, and software backups; execute disaster recovery procedures for control systems.
Support quality assurance through training, software integration testing, and providing software updates and feedback to design and automation teams.
4 to 6 years experience in design and development of control systems software using PLC and SCADA (B&R, Mitsubishi, and/or Zenon).
Diploma or BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation engineering.
Experience preferred in PLC and SCADA system house or OEM – capital goods/pharma machines.
Work Experience Required: 4 to 6 years; Industry preference for pharma machine experience is noted but not mandatory.
Expertise in PLC software programming and advanced skills in SCADA software, simulation, VFD, and servo system interfaces.
Experience working within regulated environments following GMP/GAMP and company validation/testing standards.
Ability to handle cross-functional collaboration including training QA teams, supporting validation, and working closely with master automation and integration teams.
