Lead implementation and delivery of large, complex Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) projects from the Bangalore office.
Build, mentor, and provide technical direction to a team of consultants within the practice.
Manage customer relationships, technical leadership in calls, and contribute to best practices and innovation within the India Center of Excellence.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical/business experience in IT related discipline.
6+ years consulting experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) including 4+ years hands-on experience designing and configuring Saviynt.
Mandatory experience in end-to-end implementation of at least 3 large Saviynt deployments including onboarding applications, automated provisioning, custom reports, and dashboards.
Must be onsite in Bangalore office 4 days per week.
Experience managing multiple projects and customer accounts with strong technical leadership and customer management skills.
Proven ability in mentoring and coaching junior team members and contributing toward a technical Center of Excellence.
Strong skills in integration technologies (XML, SPML, SOAP/REST), databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL), and familiarity with other IGA SaaS platforms like SailPoint IDN are advantageous.
