Maintain replenishment parameters such as safety stock, reorder points, and weeks of supply to sustain target in-stock and fill-rate levels.
Conduct root-cause analysis on stockouts, overstocks, and aged inventory and develop action plans, partnering cross-functionally to align inventory with demand.
Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, replenishment, allocation, demand planning, or e-commerce operations with digital/omnichannel retail exposure.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and basic modeling; hands-on experience with planning/ERP systems such as SAP IBP, Blue Yonder/JDA, o9, Oracle, or Manhattan.
Understanding of omnichannel digital fulfillment models and inventory metrics like safety stock, reorder points, weeks of supply, fill rate, and OSA/in-stock metrics.
Experienced in managing inventory for digital-first or omnichannel retail environments with exposure to e-commerce demand volatility.
Strong analytical capability demonstrated through forecasting basics knowledge and structured root-cause analysis for inventory health improvement.
Able to communicate technical inventory insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and work cross-functionally with merchandising, supply chain, and digital teams.
