Manage deployment of ERP systems supporting financial record keeping, reporting, tax filing and other accounting functions within Global Finance Services.
Provide multi-functional accounting support including to-be process design, testing, training, data cleansing, cutover planning, and hyper-care post-deployment.
Act as liaison between technical and operational accounting teams ensuring process simplification, standardization and automation aligned with Global Business Services goals.
Total work experience of 10+ years, with 6-8 years in R2R captive accounting service centres or large corporates in Manufacturing & Services sectors.
Expertise in handling multiple ERP systems and accounting tools; prior exposure to SAP ECC implementation phase preferred.
Accounting certification (CA or CMA) preferred.
Flexibility to work EMEA shift timings (01:00PM -10:00PM IST); this is an onsite role at Whitefield Office, Bangalore. Visa sponsorship not available.
Experienced in end-to-end ERP deployment in finance functions within large global or manufacturing-centric organizations.
Strong orientation towards accounting process design, simplification and automation with ability to bridge technical and operational teams.
Capable of strategic and tactical planning in finance, with analytical rigor and working knowledge of financial reporting and internal control processes.
