Lead manufacturing business analysis focusing on core domains like Parts, BOM, Routing, and labor tracking to improve supply chain operations.
Translate complex supply chain processes into clear requirements, scalable solutions, and data-driven improvements to enhance service levels and reduce costs.
Manage end-to-end requirements elicitation, testing, deployment, and operational readiness including stakeholder workshops, UAT coordination, and post-go-live support.
5-7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or supply chain business analysis.
MBA in Supply Chain Management or related area and B.Tech degree.

Experienced in manufacturing and supply chain domains with deep knowledge of shop-floor and planning processes such as routing, BOM, WIP tracking, quality, and inventory movements.
Strong analytical and documentation skills with competence in SQL, Excel, BI tools, and system integration (MES–ERP–PLM–SCADA/IIoT).
Ability to drive workshops and lead process improvements aligned with supply chain best practices and scalable operations.
