Lead and manage all financial activities including accounting, reporting, and analysis for Research and Engineering (R&E) within the Integrated Components & Solutions (ICS) division.
Oversee multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement financial solutions supporting monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting cycles.
Manage transition projects, maintain stakeholder relationships, monitor operational progress, and prepare leadership reports on financial metrics and KPIs.
CA, CMA, or MBA qualification with 12+ years of progressive experience in financial management.
