Own end-to-end financial management of the Sricity CAPEX expansion, covering planning, procurement controls, cash/payables, fixed asset management, and capitalization/depreciation governance.
Lead CAPEX planning, ROI evaluations, investment approvals, and phased spend execution for the largest CAPEX project (>50% of country's total CAPEX).

Experienced in navigating fast-paced expansion environments with ability to influence senior stakeholders from analyst to director level.
Detail-oriented with a structured analytical mindset, proficient in CAPEX evaluation, ROI modeling, and ensuring policy compliance.
