Own end-to-end facility management operations including maintenance, housekeeping, M&E, transport, and security for multiple locations.
Lead contract management activities: define terms, run tendering, select subcontractors, develop SLAs, and advise on budgets and cost-saving goals.
Manage stakeholder relationships involving clients, vendors, onsite staff, finance, and HR; coordinate performance reviews, audits, and compliance activities.
