Oversee end-to-end property management services at the site to ensure smooth operations using innovation and technology.
Manage manpower planning, hiring, mentoring, and performance monitoring including SLAs and KPIs for JLL and outsourced agencies.
Maintain vendor and client contract compliance, billing accuracy, budget formulation, emergency maintenance, safety regulations, and stakeholder relationship management.
Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
7 to 8 years of work experience in Facility Industry, Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry; residential experience preferred for residential sites.
On-site work location in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Scheduled weekly working hours: 48 hours.
Experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams and vendor relationships in property/facility management environments.
Demonstrates strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Capable of handling complex contract, budgeting, safety compliance, and emergency response responsibilities in large commercial or residential properties.
